Question by SumTallMexican: how do i gain muscle the fastest way possible?
ok well im 6ft1in i weigh 152 and im slim and i want to gain muscle fast but i wanna gain it the most efficient way possible what do i need wut parts of my body do i work out how many reps and sets do i do for each part of my body?

Work your whole body and eat a lot of food, making sure to get around 200g of protein a day

drink protein shacks ONLY AFTER a work out try 100% whey it realy good trust me

You want to work up to exercises that work multiple body parts like deadlift, bench press, and especially the squat.

Do like 3 sets of 20 at a comfortable weight. And DON’T TAKE STEROIDS!

Lots of protein.
Lower your cardio output. (Lower, not obliterate.)
More weight, less reps.
More carbs and beans for bulking.

Bull, take protein all day (with meals or if your only eatin 3x a day then take it between meals), and supplements like cell mass, heavy weight with low reps (4-6 reps, 60-90%) of what your max is) is the ideal way but unless you have been lifting for at least 6 months go with normal reps (8-12, 40-60% of max) If you have been lifting for a while go 2 weeks heavy and take a lighter week on the 3rd, try to mix up your auxillaries (you can vary sets and reps and be fine) But make sure your doing your core (Bench, Incline, Squat, Clean, Deadlift) first and heavy
