I just take a good multivitamin/mineral, and fish oil helps with my depression. I pay maybe $10-15 every 2 months, and I can gain strength and build muscle just fine. Heck, I don’t even take those supplements for muscle building. I don’t have any problems.

The only thing that I do which I could class as Cardio would be a 5-10 minute circuit of pressups, jumping jacks, abdominal exercise variations and really light free-weights and doing different movements with high reps to get the blood flow going.
The only “proper” cardio I would do would be mountain (forest) climbing just outside my home and thats usually a 10 mile round trip. What I do is jog for 5 min, walk for 2, jog for 5 etc.
@1rishShaman Sound for the info! I need to incorporate cardio into my routine, I train 4 days a week but want to get 15 mins or so of cardio done a day before I lift weights, any recommendations on how I can? Not too interested in the treadmill but if that’s all I can do, I’ll do it
@Rob1993Ireland Dunno if your still interested but what I gathered is “Stimulants”. From my own personal training and instructing I’ve never come across a product named that and that includes searching around online.
They more than likely mean a stimulant like coffee etc. I usually have a cup of black coffee to sip on just before and throughout training to give me a bit of a boost.
FYI only supplements I use – Whey Protein Isolate, Creatine and two Multivitamins (Vit C, Calcium, B’s etc)
They say, Protein, Creatine and what is the next word? Stemanance or something along those lines, can anyone link me or tell me where you would get such a product? Thanks.
