@nintby432 To get more muscle mass for skinny guys is simple… ;-p … 1. Use a wight that is heavy enough that you can only do 8 reps before u have to rest 2. EAT MORE! 3. Just do the main 7 of MY exercises… check them on the web… barbell bicp curls, barbell tricep extensions, dumbbell flies, barbell bench press, dumbell side lateral raises, barbell military press, and barbell deadlift… ;-p 4. MORE HEAVY WEIGHT!!!
Hi. I’ve been working out for about a year or so and i don’t seem to be gaining muscle mass or even feeling a burn after doing the excersize. This is even after i adapted my workout to the fact i have a extremely high matabalism. PLEASE help.
